About
I’m Trina the founder of My Mighty Mind. During my twelve years experience working at a major blue chip company, I experienced first hand during challenging times how resilience is critical in being able to overcome challenges like a new job or balancing work and home life.
I have extensively researched the science behind thoughts, emotions and reactions, and how they can directly affect productivity. I am passionate about inspiring people in their early career to develop this essential skill, so they know what to do when they need it most.
